Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled tour date. The refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation.
More than 7 days before the tour date: Eligible for a full refund.
3 to 7 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before the tour date: No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
In rare cases, MH Trip Guide may cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.
If this happens, customers may choose one of the following options:
Reschedule the tour for another available date
Receive a full refund
If a traveler arrives late or does not appear for the scheduled tour, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Travelers are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time.
Customers may request changes to their booking date or tour details. Approval depends on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour date.
Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. However, the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain services may be non-refundable, including:
Special promotional tours
Last-minute bookings
Custom private tour arrangements
