Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MH Trip Guide, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for tours and services booked through our website.


1. Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel their tour bookings by contacting our support team or through the booking platform used for the reservation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled tour date. The refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Terms
  • More than 7 days before the tour date: Eligible for a full refund.

  • 3 to 7 days before the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Less than 72 hours before the tour date: No refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.


2. Cancellation by MH Trip Guide

In rare cases, MH Trip Guide may cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.

If this happens, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Reschedule the tour for another available date

  • Receive a full refund


3. Late Arrivals or No-Shows

If a traveler arrives late or does not appear for the scheduled tour, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Travelers are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time.


4. Changes to Bookings

Customers may request changes to their booking date or tour details. Approval depends on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour date.

Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. However, the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Special promotional tours

  • Last-minute bookings

  • Custom private tour arrangements
